Pork & Noodle Stir Fry


Serves 4

500g pork fillet
2 Tbs 5-spice
2 Tbs oil
1 pepper, sliced
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
1 cup chopped cabbage
2 baby marrows, chopped
1 cup chopped spinach
1 Tbs chopped garlic
1 Tbs chopped ginger
Chopped Chilli to taste
4 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
100g noodles, cooked


Slice pork into strips, then season with 1 Tbs 5-spice.

Heat oil in a pan, then add pork and stir fry for a minute.

Add peppers, carrots and remaining 5-spice, then fry for a couple of minutes.

Add cabbage, marrows, spinach, garlic, ginger and chilli, then stir fry until veggies begin to soften.

Add soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and noodles, then toss well until everything is combined.
