Creamy Tomato & Chicken Pasta


Serves 4

500g pasta
2 Tbs olive oil
2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 Tbs Zola’s Feasts Flavourbomb Spice Mix
1 tin cherry tomatoes
1 Tbs sugar
1 cup fresh cream
100g grated cheddar
2 Tbs chopped parsley
Salt and pepper


Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, then reserve a cup of the pasta cooking water before draining.

Heat olive oil in a pot, then add chicken breasts and spice, then sauté for a few minutes.

Add tomatoes, sugar and cream, then simmer for 2 minutes.

Add cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for a minute.

Turn off the heat, add some of the reserved pasta water to loosen the pasta, add cheese and parsley.
