Serves 2

1/2 Apple, chopped
1/2 orange, chopped
Handful raspberries
2 tsp sugar
30ml brandy
500ml red wine
Ice to serve


Place the fruit into a jug, then add the sugar and brandy.

Stir and lightly mash the fruit and mix until sugar dissolves.

Add the wine, then stir to combine.

Pour into serving glasses, then top with ice to serve.

Tip: you can make the sangria in advance and store in the fridge until ready to serve over ice.
