Dragon Fruit & Strawberry Smoothie bowl


Serves 2

2 cups chopped dragon fruit (I use frozen)
1 cup chopped strawberries (I use frozen)
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup muesli
Honey to taste
1/4 cup orange/apple juice
Ice (if not using frozen fruit)


Combine all the ingredients in a blender, then blend until smooth. Serve in bowls topped with extra fruit and muesli.
