BBQ Cheese Melt grilled corn


Serves 6

6 corn on the cob
1/4 cup olive oil
Pinch dried chilli flakes
Salt and pepper
1 tub LANCEWOOD Cheese Melt BBQ flavour
3 spring onions, sliced


Mix together olive oil, chilli flakes and seasoning, then brush onto the corn.

Grill the corn on all sides until charred and cooked through (about 20 minutes total cooking time)

Place the BBQ Cheese Melt in the microwave for 2 minutes, then stir.

Brush generously over the grilled corn.

Sprinkle with sliced spring onions to serve.
