Bircher Muesli Breakfast Bowl


Serves 4

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup bran
100g raw almonds, roughly chopped
100g chopped dried apples and pears
50g sunflower seeds
Honey to taste
1 cup plain yoghurt

To serve:

1 apple, cut into matchsticks
Fresh fruit Toasted almonds
Dried apricots


In a bowl, combine the oats, bran, almonds, dried apples & pears, sunflower seeds, honey, yoghurt and milk

Mix well and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.

To serve, stir in the grated apple, then place into serving bowls.

Garnish with fresh fruit, toasted almonds and dried apricots.
