Immune boosting smoothie & Wheatgrass shot
Ingredients
1 orange
1 grapefruit
1 Naartjie
Juice of a lemon
1cm fresh ginger
1cm fresh turmeric
1 grapefruit
1 Naartjie
Juice of a lemon

Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend.
For the wheatgrass shot: I juiced 1/2 my wheatgrass plant or you could blend with a splash of water, then strain out the solid bits
