Citrus Wine Spritzer
Ingredients
Serves 4-6
4 naartjies, juiced
1 grapefruit, juiced
2 oranges, juiced
4 Tbs Huletts castor sugar
¼ lemon, sliced
2 sprigs fresh mint
500ml Nederburg Winemaster’s Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
Ice
Sparkling water
Instructions
Combine the naartjie juice, grapefruit juice and sugar in a tall jar then stir until sugar dissolves.
Add the lemon slices, mint and ice then top up with wine.
Serve in glass jars filled with ice, then top up with sparkling water.
