250ml First Choice Chocolate Velvet

500g mixed berries

1 loaf Madeira cake

Berries for decoration

Separately whip the vanilla and chocolate velvet then chill in the fridge

Slice Madeira, then place a layer at the bottom of a medium sized bowl, or individual sized glasses.

Add a layer of vanilla Velvet, then a layer of berries, then a layer of cake, then chocolate velvet. Repeat layering until all your ingredients are used up.

You could add: First Choice Vanilla Custard as the final layer, grated chocolate or First Choice Cream…get creative!
