S’mores Pizza

Makes 4

 

For the dough:

2kg flour

3 Tbs salt

10g active dry yeast

4 Tbs olive oil

± 1,5L warm water

 

For the toppings:

1 cup Nutella

1 cup mini marshmallows

165g fudge, chopped

100g pecans, chopped

2 banana, sliced (optional)

8 choc chip cookies, roughly crushed

 

Vanilla Ice cream to serve

 

Place the flour and salt into a large bowl, then mix well. Add the yeast and mix again.

Add the olive oil and about half the water and mix well. If the mixture is still dry, add more water, slowly, until the dough becomes a soft kneadable dough.

Knead for about 10 minutes, form into a large ball, then place into a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with cling wrap, then leave to rise until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to it’s highest temperature (230C) and place a tray in the oven to heat up.

Divide the dough into 4, roll out into round pizzas

Spread with a generous amount of Nutella, then top with the marshmallows, fudge and pecans.

Place onto the hot oven tray and cook until the base is crisp and the marshmallows have melted.

Remove from the heat, then top with bananas, if using, and the crushed cookies.

Slice pizza and serve with scoops of vanilla ice cream
