Instant Berry Froyo


Serves 4

200g frozen mixed berries

400ml plain yoghurt

4 Tbs (or to taste) icing sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Sugar Cones to serve (optional)

Fresh berries to serve (optional)

Place the frozen berries, yoghurt, icing sugar and vanilla into a blender or food processor, then blend until pureed.

Once blended, scoop immediately into cones or bowls and serve immediately topped with fresh berries.

Note: This recipe is best served immediately, but should you choose to freeze it for future use, make sure that you re-blend the entire mixture prior to serving.
