Chocolate Milk & Puffed Rice Fudge

 

125g butter

500g icing sugar

1/4 cup cocoa powder

300ml Chocolate Milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

200g dark chocolate, chopped

1 cup puffed rice (Rice Krispies)

 

Place the butter, icing sugar and chocolate milk into a pot, then whisk until melted.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat, then stir in the vanilla and chopped chocolate until melted.

Transfer mixture into a greased square baking tin, then top with the puffed rice.

Place into the fridge until set.

Cut into squares to serve.
