Chicken & Zucchini Noodle broth jar


Serves: 1

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 1 minute to stand + boiling a kettle


2 Tbs soy sauce

1 tsp crushed garlic&ginger paste

2 tsp sesame oil

1 Tbs 5-spice

1 Tbs Sriracha (or preferred chilli sauce)

1 chicken breast, shredded

1 spring onion, chopped

100g Baby Marrow Spaghetti

2 Tbs chopped coriander

1 ½ cups boiling water


In the bottom of a mason jar, place the soy sauce, garlic&ginger paste, sesame oil, 5-spice and sriracha, then stir well to combine.

Top with the chicken, spring onion, marrow spaghetti and coriander, then cover with a lid and refrigerate until ready to eat.

When ready to serve, pour the boiling water into the jar, cover with a lid, then leave to stand for one minute.

Stir well using chopsticks before devouring.
