600g pork fillet
3 Tbs Zola’s Feasts Flavourbomb Spice Mix
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
1 Tbs chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped chilli
1 Tbs grated ginger
150g broccoli florets
150g green beans
3 baby marrows, chopped
150g Brussels Sprouts, sliced
2 Tbs soy sauce
4 Tbs sweet chilli sauce

Season the pork fillet with 2 Tbs Zola’s Feasts Spice Mix, salt and pepper, rubbing all over to coat.

Heat a pan, then add a drizzle of olive oil before browning the pork fillet for about a minute on each side.

Transfer to an oven dish, then roast for 8-10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

To the same pan, add a drizzle more olive oil, then add garlic, chilli and ginger and sauté for a few seconds before adding the veggies to the pan along with a tablespoon of Spice mix.

Sauté over high heat for a few minutes.

Add soy, sweet chilli and water, then continue to sauté over high heat until the veggies are cooked through, but still crunchy.
