Lamb Chops with Sweet & Spicy dipping Sauce


Serves 4

8 lamb loin chops
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs fresh rosemary
1 Tbs fresh oregano
1 lemon, zested and juice of half
Salt and pepper
1 cup plain double cream yoghurt
3 Tbs chipotle sauce
3 Tbs fruit chutney


Toss together the lamb chops, olive oil, rosemary, oregano, lemon zest, salt and pepper.

Cook the chops on hot coals until browned on both sides.

Mix together the yoghurt, juice of half a lemon, chipotle sauce, chutney and season to taste.

Serve the sauce alongside the chops.
