Choc Almond Oat Cookies

2 cups sugar

2.5 cups rolled oats
250g cake flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp baking powder
100g chocolate, broken into pieces
75g flakes almonds

Preheat oven to 180c.
Cream together sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth and pale.
Add eggs, mixing well between each addition.
Mix together oats, flour, bicarb and baking powder, then add to the wet ingredients and mix well to combine.
Fold in the chocolate and almonds.
Place spoonfuls of cookie dough into lined trays
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cookies are golden and set.
