3-Ingredient Cheesy Pasta


Makes 4

250g pasta
400g Heidi Swiss Fondue Cheese (available at Checkers)
250ml fresh cream
Freshly ground Black Pepper (optional)


Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Place Heidi fondue cheese into a pot along with the cream, then whisk over low heat until melted and smooth.

Mix the pasta into the sauce, then add black pepper to taste if using.

Serve as is, or place under the grill in the oven until bubbling and golden for a crispy top.
